Take your running to the next level with a dedicated coach...

After a two-week assessment period to establish your current training status, history, and goals, I will provide a bespoke training plan. This will be designed to fit your individual circumstances, commitment level, and

preferences. I will prepare a short-, medium-, and long-term strategy, but you never have to commit to more than the next month. I do, however, recommend signing up to my six-month or year-long package as a realistic period in which to see significant improvement.

Once your plan is underway, you will receive daily monitoring, feedback and support via an interactive schedule, and email/WhatsApp for your questions. I commit to responding to all correspondence within twenty-four hours or you get an extra day on the end of your plan (includes scheduled holiday). This real-time flexibility in your training schedule is vitally important - fine-tuning sessions based on your responses, and adapting to injury/illness/life events.

I deliver my coaching through the Final Surge App. Free for you to use, the App syncs automically to Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Watch, TrainerRoad, ZWIFT, and more. You will have an interactive calendar where you can see all your planned and completed training at a glance. Let me know how a session went through Post-Workout Notes, and I'll leave feedback in the Comment section. This regular communication is key for shaping your schedule to produce training that is safe, effective, and enjoyable! The Pain and Injury Report allows close monitoring of your reaction to the training load, and assists with those vital adjustments to minimise the risk of you missing significant training time on the sideline.
